5. Client Source Code & Database Ownership

Upon milestone settlement, all custom source code, database schemas, workflow automations, and configurations built for your business become your exclusive property. We do not retain proprietary hostage locks, backend trapdoors, or restrictive licensing clauses.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
