Transparent Milestone-Based Billing Protection
1. Milestone-Based Protection
Because VS Digital Systems delivers bespoke technical engineering rather than pre-packaged consumer goods, all projects are structured around sequential milestones. You review and approve deliverables at each stage (Architecture Blueprint, UI/UX Design, Staging Environment, and Final Deployment) before proceeding to the next.
2. Discovery & Architecture Phase Cancellation
If, following the initial Architecture & Requirements Discovery phase, you decide not to proceed with production engineering, any development milestone deposits beyond the completed discovery phase are 100% refundable within 14 business days.
3. Active Engineering Work
Milestone payments that have been completed, reviewed, and explicitly approved by the client are non-refundable, as they compensate for direct senior engineering hours and cloud infrastructure provisioning already performed.
4. Technical Non-Performance Guarantee
If a delivered module fails to meet the documented performance, security, or functionality specifications outlined in our Statement of Work, we will rectify the issue at zero additional charge. If we are unable to resolve the architectural defect within 21 business days, the fee associated with that specific defective milestone will be refunded in full.
